About Us
Coastal Caretakers began after noticing a real need for trustworthy, experienced sitters in Palm Beach County, FL. We've seen how much time and effort parents spend searching for and screening reliable childcare and knew there had to be a better way. Our goal is to build lasting, meaningful connections between families and sitters-- so parents can feel confident and kids can feel cared for.
Our sitter standards:

A minimum of 2 years of childcare experience.

At least 2 reputable, contacted references.

A passed interview to gauge safety, reliability, and passion for childcare.

Membership Options
Our membership fees are in place to cover the costs incurred to search for and screen qualified caretakers while maintaining communication throughout your time with them to ensure your needs are met. Our sitters will be paid hourly for their labor at a rate discussed between them and you.
Referral Fee
Pay a one time fee to match you with a sitter.

3 months of unlimited childcare.

6 months of unlimited childcare
Platinum Subscription
One year of unlimited childcare.

Please fill out this short form in its entirety. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an initial e-meeting. In this meeting we will go into detail about Coastal Caretakers, what we provide, and pricing. From there we will discuss, in depth, what you are looking for in a sitter and any questions or clarification you might have.
Following the meeting we will contact you within 24 hours to see if you will be a good fit for Coastal Caretakers. Our process is selective because we value our sitters and want to ensure that we place them in a safe environment that appreciates them for their expertise and ability.
